No, I don't have a Porsche GT3 Cup car.
I don't have a 458 or a McLaren MC.
I don't have an Aventador....

But now I do partly own a 1998 Ford Escort ZX2, race ready for the 12 Hour Endurance Race at NOLA, the place of last years Rally.

These races look to be a riot. It's full blown racing with cheap cars and full safety gear.
Our crap Cars must not be "worth" more than 500 bucks of the street..or craigslist.
But check this video, this is our car, and it's remarkably fast.

All this idiocy for less than 1000 per team member...beats screwing up my GT or 911 on the track every time..

Love the bronze car driving around upside down. That is creative! Good driving and looks like great value for your $.

We race a 93 escort in lemons Midwest. Won the most with the least trophy at Road America this year. We were in B contention the whole race, even though we were giving up 10 seconds a lap to the best B cars and slightly less than eternity to the A cars. It really is the best time racing I've ever done.

Looks like a lot of fun. Your car seems to be very fast and well handling. How did you do this with all stock drivetrain/suspension?
