I have a 3 bay warehouse located outside of Richmond, Virginia which is available for rent. The bays are 3000 sq, ft. each with ~ 25 ft. high ceilings. One bay is heated and conditioned, one is insulated, and the 3rd is "au natural." The warehouse has full security including exterior cameras and central montoring, water, air, 1 4 post lift and 1 2 post lift, bathroom and office facilities. Each bay could hold ~ 16 cars, and the facility is located about 2,5 hours from VIR. 24/7 availability. Would be interested in renting on a per car basis, or a bay, or all 3 bays.
