Battery Bolt & Nut (Positive Terminal)

I am looking for the bolt and nut that connects the positive battery cable to the battery. I called to order from Ford and it is sold only as a kit $225. I am hoping someone has an extra laying around. Willing to pay

would not Auto Zone or O'reiley's or ACE Hardware have a fastener that could be used?

that price is for a whole new positive battery cable. I pulled the bolt and nut off a new unit. let me do some digging and see if I can find you a close replacement. shouldn't have to buy a whole new cable for a bolt and nut. it's a captive bolt with a self locking nut and looks like stainless.
