I have been a fly on the wall through Scotts development. He has put a TON of time into this project. He has had a ball doing it. His knowledge and expertise is unreal. Especially targeted at our cars that he was so involved with.

Way to go bud! Great work!

Thank you much Andy and thank you for your help on this great project. Good fun for sure!

I love Ohlins. I run them on all my motorcycles. The Penskes for the GT are higher maintenance since the o-rings require fresh fluid/rebuilds more often that shocks like Ohlins that use a real seal. I might switch out the Penskes someday. Nice work Scott!

Scott, I must say a big thanks to your personal comms and this first rate owner feedback, I do believe my Penske 2-ways and I will be parting ways for a pair of the Ohlins 4-ways very soon :)

Do you have any pictures and story of how you made your GT a right hooker?
I find it fascinating

Ron's looking for tips because he usually ends up with the wrong hooker.

You score a perfect 10 on that response DBK.

^^^Even tougher with no trunk space for dead hookers, although Ron claims he can fit pretty much anything in his GT.

Thank you for the support Ed. I have been with the Ohlins guys for nearly 20 years. Great product and company. I'll have a set for you when you are ready.

I have more details and advantages beyond the maintenance you note including performance, refinement, quality, adjustability and technical support at my website under products.

The site is still under construction, and I will update the shocks stuff further, but it is in pretty good shape.

OzGT,

Glad to help and it is great to hear. Let me know when you are ready. You can check out my website I just noted in reply to Ed's post for more info.

Without wanting to add to the corruption of this brilliant thread. First off Ron, not really, only one or two shots of it dismantled during conversion that I'll put on my profile page. Second, that's probably why we like to call them Right Handers, not Hookers like some of you Yanks! LOL :rofl
