A Day of GT Addiction Withdrawal

Well, it’s now been a full week without the GT.
Not able to drive it or even go out and look at it.
BUMMER.:frown
Left it in Dallas last week for some warranty work.
Is in good hands, but still is missed.
Will be glad when work is finished and can get back in its stall.
Stable mates appear lonely.:shrug

Withdrawal Symptoms Include:
Too much energy
Smoking too much
Working too much
Drinking too many beers
Spending too much time on The Ford GT Forum
Not getting enough sleep
Actually listening to what Mrs. Spirit is saying:bang
Spending more time with the horses
Too much time watching “The Speed Channel”
Doing too many chores for Mrs. Spirit:smash
Eating too much

Solution

Spirit:
Convince Mrs. Spirit that she needs one. :biggrin That way when one is in the shop...you have a spare! Also, when she finally breaks down and decides she wants to drive it, you don't lose your's.
Mrs. Doc said she always wanted to drive our first one, but there were too many pictures of women standing and looking at their husbands GT they had just wrecked. If she was going to wreck one, it was going to be hers'. She even made the dealer put in her name so I couldn't say she did something to "my GT".
PS. It's easier if she thinks it's her idea. :wink

As for her driving the GT, she has been pestering me on that topic since the machine arrived home at the ranch.:bang
So far, I’ve been able to “create” some very inventive excuses to keep her from behind the wheel.:bang
