Rolled up sleeves and got this done: frames were rusted, incorrect SAE sheet-metal screws, mis-alighed beams.
-Disassembled rusted frames, tabs, and screws
-Sent out frames to be zinc plated
-8 correct M4 zinc coated screws with camphered ends (not $17/ea. from M-B!)
-8 5/32 neoprene washers.
-WD-40 in threaded holes; were rough from wrong screws; oxidation.
-Used new SS 4mm screw with anti-seize slowly on each thread.
-Blue taped headlight buckets, grill, chrome; test fit, frames have razor sharp edges.
-R+R all parts; slowly and patiently
-Installed New HELLA H4 flat glass beams
-Aimed beam pitch V/H; fine adjust.
Everything came together flawlessly; pleasure to have spotless, clean parts, correct fasteners with positive engagement.

Ordered PB Swiss Screw-driver set prior; right instrument, precise rotary torque; zero cam-out; parallel machined tips.
