Any recommondations that should be done for a 3 year service?
Per the 2005 Ford GT Workshop Manual:
One Year:
Change engine oil
Inspect cooling system
Carry out 6 month checks
Inspect brake pads, rotors, lines, and hoses
Inspect steering linkage, suspension, and ball joints
Change transaxle lubricant
Three Years
Change engine oil
Change engine coolant and inspect cooling system
Change transaxle lubricant
Carry out 6 month checks
Install a new engine air filter
Install a new fuel filter
Inspect brake pads, rotors, lines, and hoses
Inspect steering linkage, suspension, and ball joints
5K miles
Change engine oil
Install a new oil filter
Carry out the multi-point inspection
10K miles
Change engine oil
Install a new oil filter
Carry out the multi-point inspection
15K miles
Change engine oil
Install a new oil filter
Carry out the multi-point inspection
Change the transaxle lubricant
20K miles
Change engine oil
Install a new oil filter
Carry out the multi-point inspection
