    Any tips to stop engine running lean with 4l whipple?

    I want to run my car close to flat out on a 2 mile runway and just learned that someone else with the same spec (4l whipple) put a hole in their piston as engine was running too lean. any tips? will a fuel booster pump be sufficient or should i do more? evidently dyno runs aren't realistic...

    Auto Sport, arguably Germany's leading car mag tested a "Geiger Ford GT" which looks to me distinctly like a 4 litre Whipple installation quoted at 790hp and it beats all comers 0-300km/h (0-186 mph) in 22.8s including Muricelago 670 sv, Koeniggsegg CCX, tuned Porsche turbo's etc... anyone know...
