Its 06 on vin, that was the missing digit

1FAFP90S56Y401975 I missed a Digit, its Canadian, but still not sure why 05 on Vin and on carfax 06.

Importing to sell, Canadian, red car with white stripes.

The car is Canadian, I know the vin states 05 but all the papers are 06 and as seen by the last digits its 1975 of the 2000. I don’t want to assume, but seems it can’t enter the US, if anyone has the knowledge to answer my question I’d be truly grateful.
