wow, I did a search and it came up with a "beware" page.
I hope I never piss off the wrong person in my business.
Had a collegue get reamed by one punk over a $40 copay on Yelp. Guy was a professional Yelper.
Having said all that, The red on white GT looks interesting.

I would say "beware" is always good advice. But if you're ever in the Chicago area, their showroom is worth a detour. Exotic heaven.

I agree, but it is interesting to read thru this Gal's tenacity. Yikes.
they even drew Shelby into the argument as he sold them a FGT that they are reselling.

From what I read, it may have started out with a damaged car, but the pricing issue seems to be the crux now.
Last time I checked, there is nothing wrong with buying a car and upping the price. Maybe the guy knows his market and is good at finding undervalued buys?

I flew to Chicago to pick up my car. First thing he does is tell me his detailer was leaning on the cubby on the passenger side of the console and broke it. He asks me what I want. He will get me the part...he'll pay for a dealer in my area to install it...do I want him to take some money off the price we agreed on...yadda yadda.
Funny thing is, they had trouble locating the part...had to get the entire black panel...and they were all concerned and emailing me every few days. So...I hooked them up with Torrie and I had the part a few days later. lol.
BTW...$460 for that panel, so don't lean on the cubby.

I'm guessing he was down there on his knees with his q-tips and grabbed it. IDK.
BTW, I saved this piece. Glue it back on and you'd have to look hard to see that a little piece of plastic is broken off. Somebody may need it someday. The entire panel is attached to the console with velcro.

Because I know my GTs and I know where most of the others there came from also. I know the owner of that dealership very well. I have sold him atleast 20 cars if not more....
