Gentlemen,

Here's a topic I don't believe has been raised in this forum before. THIS.... is my 1000th post. I have been a member here for 3 years. I know many of my fellow illustrious GT owners have post counts that dwarf mine. So what I want to see on this thread is a post from every member who has exceeded a post count of 1000. Show us your big number and tell us how long it took you to achieve it. :cheers Cheers!

Chip

I think Bony hit that number at the end of his 1st week! :wink

Strange as it sounds, one of my goals was to have 1000 posts before the rally. I made it.

My big member, uh, I mean number, is posted to the left.:biggrin

My other goal this year is to exceed 200 mph. I'm still working on that one.:thumbsup

Maybe some good roads will be found in NV. :thumbsup

1200+ posts in just over a year. :banana
I know, you are all tired of me! :frown

Click Members List and then click Post count and it will assort them in descending order. There are 32 members with 1000 or more posts. I think we've almost completely avoided having post hoo-ers because 99% of the people on the board own the vehicle. Most of the boards that have some guy with 285,054 posts can count on that guy not owning the topic vehicle of discussion.

B O N Y crushes everyone on here (except the guy that created the place), usually because he's handing out verbal e-beatings.

Just for you Chip...I'm over a thou. I think I had one of the first posts as well.:cheers

I'm closing in on 2000 and still feel like a newbie... And I got nothing good or useful to say............:biggrin

I have over 1,000 posts. Most of them complete nonsense.

Joined in 2005 when I bought the GT I think. Whilst there's much I can't contribute towards (I don't know much about guns, Obamamamama or Mexicans) I have learned that there are some extremely generous souls on the Forum who do a great deal to ensure a healthy camaraderie exists.

Whether that's sending me touch up paint, leaving DVD's hidden in London pubs, posting me a transaxle cooler, sending me a signed Ford book, sending me Ferrari beater stickers, brake caliper stickers, bottles of champagne etc etc Or just making me laugh a lot!

Chip, you asked for 1,000. Here it is.

While posting we save putting miles on our GT's

Now where is EP and all his Green Dots!

A little more than 3200 posts. Just goes to show how much fun you can poke at BONY and StormCat.

I think I hit 1000 posts arguing with DoctorV8 about the finer points of the ZR1 and it Supercar status. :biggrin

Well, it took me a year to get to 1500, but since the GT left last year, I haven't posted much. Hopefully, I will have a reason to start posting again. :biggrin
