Yes they are, where as the OTC, or others, replace the manual ratchet with a hydraulic ram.

I called Shucks where I got my jacks, but the girl I got them from does not work there more. The guy I talked to didn't know how to open a catalog, so I got nowhere. Sorry.

Now back to the hijacking....
