I can't begin to tell you how dull the CEO stuff is. In fact I can already feel my nipples exploding with excitement as I write another report on the state of global media.

As to correcting your spelling - it would be a pleasure:

'Spirit & I be in America' = I, along with my chum who is known here as 'Spirit' live in the United States of America.

'Therefore we SPEEKS & SPELLS 'MERICAN!' = As a consequence we not only speak slightly differently, but we also enjoy a lexicon that is markedly different to that found in England.

'We don't care HOW you dadgum furanurs spell thangs!' = I have little interest in the precise nature of your own language and, furthermore, I consider you to be a rather irritating foreigner.

You are quite correct - perhaps you would note that I had edited my original submission at 3.07pm some 9 minutes before you kindly offered your correction.

However I accept the errors contained within my original submission and tonight, Brabinger (my butler), will take me into the library and will beat me with a large leather-bound copy of the family dictionary.

We have lager which is like your beer - served cold and yellow coloured. Then we have beer (or ale) which is room temperature and brown in colour.
