Wednesday night after the reception, about 8:30pm. I am looking to put together a group of no more than 22-70 folks total, that enjoy fine food and wine. AUREOLE which is the Charlie Palmer restaurant in Mandalay Bay will allow us to have an custom 3 course menu with optional wine pairings and seating in a private dining room. I have a confirmed reservation, and we will split the check equally on a per capita basis. I will be on the hook for the no shows, so if you need to cancel, please contact me on Friday before the Rally starts. (see the contract I signed)

The menu is posted below, this is three course dinner. Cost will be $95 per person plus tax, tip and wine service. I will revert with the exact price for dinner per person with or without wine service.

Pricing for the dinner is as follows:-

Three Course dinner at $95.00 Per Person with Tax & Gratuity equals
$121.00 inclusive Per Person


3Hr. Two Types of Wine Package:
1. Edge, Cabernet Napa Valley “2005”
2. Edna Valley Chardonnay Central Coast “2006”
At $50.00 Per Person With
Tax & Gratuity Equals
$64.00 Inclusive Per Person

Both Food & Beverage at an inclusive price
Equals $185.00 Inclusive Per Person
(*Note: This Inclusive pricing only includes the $121.00 three course Dinner and $64.00 two types of wine package to total $185.00 inclusive Per Person.)


Kindly bring a check made out to DANIEL S BONYHADI for the appropriate amount. Remember cancellation policy.
