At last fall's Vegas Barrett Jackson Mark Fields was interviewed while I was standing nearby. The discussion was about the GT350 but he mentioned that the Mustang volume in Europe has blown them away. Their marketing study totally missed how many they would sell, and they als missed that there would be more V8s than they predicted. So the American muscle car lives!

Mustang sales in the UK - now that we have right hand drive - have been a huge success - a minimum of 9 months wait on orders placed at the moment. We only get 5.0 V8 or 2.3 Ecoboost - V8s have taken 75% of the sales.
