Water in hood

I washed 1161 yesterday and when I opened the hood to dry out the wiper area and sides the inside of hood where the frame meets the skin started to drain water into the trunk.

Has anyone else had this problem of the hood leaking into the frame of the skin? I am thinking about taking it to the dealer for warranty but I do not know how to fix it other than silicone the leak or replace the hood.

I appreciate the help, info or advice.

We have the problem and it has blistered the black paint on the inside of the trunk hood

must be an early 05 car and you will need to replace the hood.
