Today at MMP we had serious fun on the road course. Shelby#18 and I had two of the fastest cars there. He went 160mph down the straight and I hit 173, that includes letting off early because they didn't want anyone getting too hairy.

They announced the dates and price for next year on the last day and let everyone who wanted put down a deposit. They said it won't get much bigger so it will be quite hard to get in new entries.

There are approximately in the teens of cars with tops. I have heard that many of them still needed work after Genaddi delivered them. Mine was not finished, and had no back window, but I needed something for this trip. It had no hardware and the two side panels were in primer. (My painter said it was a Rustoleum type product they used. So when the paint was applied it just wrinkled off.) Also there was a minimum amount of weather-stripping so the thing leaks like a sieve. So far I'm in $2,000 for repairs, and will have to spend some more to get it right. :frown

I am sorry to hear that, I feared that was the case. They look so nice in the pictures. I know a GTX1 owner that is trying to get some sort of top before the Rally.
