Good reason to go to London! Seems Hertz now has "SuperCars" in their rental fleet and the new McLaren is one of them. :rofl Check it out on Hertz's website.

Just saw my first one in Jakarta last week. Dealer had one in display setup in my shopping mail/office complex.

That actually seems a lot cheaper than I would have thought. Would be worth it for a couple days. When we were in Paris, Camilo and a buddy of his were going to rent a 458 until the guy renting it said it required a €25,000 security deposit. :lol

I used to love passing by the old London McLaren dealership with the single F1 several times a week.

Rent a Racer like the Shelby GT350 in the 60's. Rent at London, take the train to France, have lunch, go to Nurburgring for a day and go back. Looks like about 6000 English Pounds should cover it.

Price included 100 miles, unlike in vegas, where any miles are extra. Clicked around, all of the exotics included 100 miles. Surprised the 458 was so much less.

I'll settle for a ZR1, er, I mean, Boss 302. :biggrin

Here in Detroit, you get wacked by the analysts for selling into fleets rather than retail. I guess as long as it doesn't affect McLaren's average transaction price......
