Were those really listed in order? Aside from the GT being #41, the Veyron was #1? Did they poll a bunch of 14 year olds? Magazines and TV shows should really shy away from top XX lists. They're bound to miss/overlook a lot of cars and just end up looking ridiculous and out of touch.

Periodically I go back and watch that segment Clarkson did on the FGT.....and I get excited about the car all over again!

They did say it was the "most staggeringly handsome super car made since the GT40".

Top Gear - yo yo's at best. Can't really understand why they have such a large viewership.

FGT ranked below the Fiat 500 and Prius and the McLaren F1 left out..... I think they threw darts at pictures on a wall.

Even though I own 2 of the cars on the list I think the list is complete BS!

Clinton, I saw the Prius in your garage next to the GT! Thanks again for hosting we vagabonds on a cruise of your local great roads.

I always said that is the worst handling car I ever bought. I have owned worst, but they were given to me. Bit it makes a good beater car for short trips, getting 2x or better the mileage of my other vehicles. Besides it's "green." :lol

Added a used minivan since my wife needs to haul around more kids then my other cars hold. Kind of pissed she said she need an 8 person car only later to find out she only needed a 7 person car. Would have considered a Flex if she only needed to hold 7. Oh well saved my some cash and added another beater to the fleet.

So our car gang was hanging out on the deck last night drinkin' a couple 'o beers, we decided there was no other car made in America anywhere close the the GT 40/Ford GT ever produced.

That will be true for a long time and forever if you add change the statement to "no other gasoline powered car..."
