The potential buyer is dragging his feet. It is interesting how easy it it to make an offer, yet more complicated when you actually have to come up with the cash to fulfill the offer. That said, I am dropping the price, as I need the space. As I review values, it's a bit of a moving target. Being a low volume (rare) color, it commands a bit of a premium, being higher mileage (although looks and drives every bit as good as my 2000 mile GT), it brings down the value. I am changing my pricing to $262,000 or best offer, which is a $17,850 drop in price. I really haven't marketed the car other than posting it here and one other site, I am sure if I pushed hard with some websites, I would generate more interest and a quicker sale, but don't have time to filter through the unqualified buyers contacting me with silly questions.did it sell?
