Actually it has been the Concierge people that dropped the ball, and I have been escalated to some other GT team and that was a couple months ago. I am so disheartened over this whole process, that I lost a season of driving. BTW I had 80,000 miles on one of the 4 (06) GT's I owned out of the 277 sent to Canada. Am thinking of grabbing an 06 again and enjoy driving it.Canada GT surprised at this. As mine has been looked after with velvet gloves for the past 2 years.
Is it the Ford Dealership? As there is a protocol as to what the dealer can do, when they fly a tech out and when it is required to be returned to the factory. That should be determined first.
I assume you are in constant contact with your concierge as well.
