SVT's 20th Anniversary

We had John Clor with the Ford Performance Group speaking at an event last Saturday. He hinted that there would be an announcement at the Chicago Auto Show on Tuesday the 7th. I also saw a doorsill picture earlier that said SVT 20th anniversary. Anyone see an announcement about a special vehicle yesterday? I can't find it.

Deep Impact Blue, it does look a lot like Sonic Blue. The new blue looks killer with black stripes!

Check to see if the Paint Code is the same, not the name. The "Mark IV Red" on our GT's is known as "Torch Red" on Mustangs. And, the Customer Service Division's Code name for it is "Colorado Red."

If the paint code is the same, then it is just a renaming. Sonic Blue's Paint Code is "SN"

Speaking of paint codes Tungston on a GT is different than Tungston on the other Fords, but the paint videos T8 on all of them. The F150s are darker. That new blue looks close enough to Sonic to keep everyone happy.
