Surprise gift from FORD Canada

The fines are much less, than here in CA. The article didn't mention any est. of the speeds these idiots were doing. Weaving in and out of traffic and passing from a turn only lane can be very dangerous to others. I have a good friend who's wife had a serious accident and injury from someone doing a similar stunt. The car was totaled and she was hospitalized. Most drivers, when startled, will panic.

As for crushing the cars, that would be wrong. They can give them to me to insure that in will never happen again.

The drivers, who were pulled over by Saanich police outside the Red Lion Inn, are prohibited from driving for 15 days. They have also been issued violation tickets for driving without due care and attention, which carries a $368 fine.

If the article is true, they should crush both cars...
Two idiots.

Yes, sounds like two idiots but what is this about the FGT "tried to catch the Aston Martin"?! :confused:frown

And if that's the extent of the punishment, that's absolutely nothing.

Break stand????? Sounds more like a case of rev the motor then do a panic clutch drop then go up in smoke.:lol The GT driver seems to not only be a reckless moron but fairly unskilled on how to launch a GT as well.LOL!
