Had a nice morning get together at Stillen. I couldn't get my little boy up this morning to go...He's going to be bummed when he sees all the pictures.

He keeps asking when we are going shopping for his GT, and I told him they no longer make them, so now Mustang is his favorite car.

Good seeing Steve, Dennis, Kevin, Herb, Bruce, Susanna, and other GT and Mustang and Cobra enthusiasts.

Thanks to Stillen and Kyle Millen for hosting the event! :thumbsup

Nice Day at Stillen indeed. Thanks for the pics Randy and as you said, always great to see and chat with fellow GT bros. :thumbsup
That's my GT on the dyno, looks like #1769 received a bit more HP from Ford than advertised. Rear wheel numbers were 557 HP and 477 FT/TQ. At 10-12% parasitic drivetrain loss that puts her in the 613-624 HP and 525-534 FT/TQ range.

Hi Randy, What was on the yellow no stripe car for wheels? Looks like a black inner using the stock cap spinner? Thanks.

You are correct. Dennis is running the standard stock wheels that have been painted black.

Very interesting. Would like to see a close up photo someday.

cool event

Syco GT - Looks like a great time. A lot of neat colors. The black wheels on the red GT is nice. Cloudy skies for sunny SoCal!

Do you guys think I keep a private photo library or something of each event...

:wink

Steve is running the Pilot PS2's on them. Looks like a great set of tires to match the wheels. I still have my stock Goodyears, but it is soon time to make a change. Is there someone listening to our pleas for grippy street tires in the stock sizes???

And a better look at the "meats" themselves. Simply beautiful.

I've heard that if you stare at the dyno, it produces better results. It must be the case, because, sure enough, Kevin's dyno delivered the 557 rwhp on the third and final pull. Nice job Kevin! Pretty impressive for just an exhaust pipe swap!

It was my first time to Stillen's facilities which is very vast and well organized. First rate operation. :thumbsup Talked to the AP Racing rep and he said they'll be releasing a 15" rear brake kit for the GT in May that will bite a little better than the stock ones and would work great (of course) with the AP Racing fronts.
Here's my gal in the handicapped parking area.

looks like a lot fun, more pics please, as I cant get enough of these cars, and its always interesting to see the different changes people make to their cars, thank you for the pics.

Thank you SYCO for the pics of the wheels. Very nice wheels and color combinations to the guys who have them! I love seeing creative ideas on the cars. Very pretty.

No problem Gulf, glad you enjoyed them.

I took another look and I am really impressed what Dennis came up with for his wheels, and you're right, it is very creative. Also Steve's. Both designs are unique.

I like the stock wheels a lot, just need to find a better tire match. Although I think a black, or partial black wheel would look nice on a black car...

Fun stuff.

Top notch facility...thanks for the good time Kyle :thumbsup
