You'd think we're in Phoenix, Las Vegas or the Sahara Desert...It is HOT!!!! Los Angeles hit 113 Degrees......

Sam how is your A/C working! I like it below 75 and have a total of 12 tons of cooling and the meter is spinning!

BTW it is only about 95F in NorCal.

Ohh Clinton, I'm glad you asked. Double Low-E glass, R45 insulation everywhere, Plethora of attic Fans, 10" Slab and guess what NO AC.... The downstairs reached a maximum of 79 Degrees and with 2 small fans moving the air around we're in good shape.

They sleep in the day time and then off to the swimming pool in the afternoon. I walk them in the evening.

79! Too hot for me. If I don't run my A/C my 1st floor stays below 80 even during 100+ days and the 2nd floor goes to the high 80s. If find that uncomfortable. For me paying for a comfortable temperature is more valuable than eating a good meal. Others have different values. It is too bad the * often has a master plan to set same values for everyone. Tiered pricing!
