Small Gauge Replacement?

Replaced some of the small gauges on my 05 GT with Autometer direct replacements. Is there any reason to keep the defective gauges or should they go to recycle?

I kept all of mine after I replaced them. You never know when you might need them again, especially when/if folks stop making them. Gauges can be repaired as well.

An attempt was made to repair the larger gauges by replacing the innards but the project was abandoned.

I've been meaning to call North Hollywood Speedometer again to see if they will try fixing my FGT speedometer. They recently repaired my 993 gauge, and looks like they repair many other types of gauges.
