I knew it!!! It's why I have the 2nd one in the wrapper, where it will remain until I'm at least 75...(if I'm still alive - LOL)

Anybody like any of the other 4 cars though? Kinda goofs up the article for me. Saw one of those T Birds in powder blue today, guy driving it. Just wrong

That's interesting. Pontiac????

Discontinued legacy brand - cool car...could be worth something one day - I guess.

GT is obvious, except Bony would still disagree. As to the others, I understand the Soltace but the others? Maybe it's the production numbers?

I read somewhere that collectible cars are those that were desirable when new and built in small numbers. GT is the only one in that group that fits that mould.

Sitting on gold would be nice but by the time most of these cars sell we probably will not even care.

Do you have grandchildren?

Thats 1 reason I bought my GT & my F40, I hate losing $ :)

My son's already a gearhead so he'll inherit them one day

The Enzo is supposed to be gold but if you add up what I spent on it and take the capital that I have tied up in it, I still should have invested in Apple Stock. The brake job was about $15K and we value engineered it. :)

I think the F40 has it over the Enzo re investment potential

Mine is up 50% since I bought it :biggrin

The article is silly. I'm a little embarrassed the GT is even in there. My kids can't have it, I'm taking it with me.

I'm taking it with me.
