Site Problem Since Migration (SLOW)?

I don't know if it is just me, but the site is really slooooooow since the migration. Any ideas?

Faster now...strange...

Slow again. Intermittent? Actually could not even access the server for awhile there.

I know we are a little slow down here in Texas, but this is just way too slow, even for us.

This site is also running old version of vBulletin. We updated our site to version 3.60...more features, appears to run more efficiently. It was a rapid upgrade except for one mySQL database file which had to be renamed.

The company that hosts the site physically put up a new server. I expect there may be strange delays here and there for a few days while they get it sorted out. Seems to be running good now.
