That hinge assembly looks like a very complicated but beautifully engineered and machined piece. Who does the work?

Perhaps I should be asking Shelby, but would you mind sharing info on the ballpark cost of doing this conversion?

This is a mod I'd like to have. Not that I'm not that flexible but it is rather redicoulous to crawl on your knees in the car when cars parked along. GRRR
When I see the doors open like this... how far do they open? How much space is required? In cm?
