brand new safecraft harness bars. very nice. it's a round aluminum cylinder, black anodized with "safecraft" painted on it. it's about 1.5" diameter except where the belts fit which is narrower, probably 1" diameter. Ed Sims has a set on his car. It is machined so that you can screw your aftermarket race seat to it as well. cost new ... $75 ea (x2).

also, brand new porsche lap belt mounts (these fit FGT as well). cost new ... $75/pr (x2).

you need to grind out the slot on the lap belt mounts a little bit so that you can clip both lap and sub belts in. but that's better than using 2 mounts.

cost new ... $300 (2 harness bars + 4 lap/sub mounts). sell for $150. will not separate.

I also have a brand new 2.5LB black fire extinguisher and mount for the passenger seat. cost new $300, sell for $200.

Lastly, a set of stitched to length 6 pt harness (driver), and an adjustable harness (passenger). safecraft cam-lock. 2" at shoulder (for HANS), 3" at clip-in. pull-up lap, pull-down shoulder. Advantage of stitching is a more secure harness, the disadvantage is you can't just clip them in/out, you have to remove the harness bar (which is really easy though). I am 5'10" so if you are anywhere near there the length should be ok. I will accept returns if you want to try it on for size. I am only selling the belts because I will need a different length (longer) for my other car so I won't be able to reuse the driver's belts. All belts are dated Oct' 07. cost new ... $760 (wow), your cost $500. will sell driver's (stitched) belts by themselves for $250, will not sell passenger's belts separately.

Are you leaving us?

sadly, yes.

the GT has been the best car I've ever had and it took me a few months to finally decide. i've even had GREAT service from my dealer. i hope i don't end up like some of the folks that bought their car back. :)
