Rear lower suspension arm

Hello to all,
I need Your help!
I ordered a new rear lower suspension arm (part # 4G7Z5A649C) from the German Ford
representiv( Schwabengarage in Stuttgart).
After 8 weeks they was informed that is not available.
And they( Ford USA) dont know when they will able to deliver.
Anybody knows were I can purchase one or two?
I will accept used one as well if it is in perfect shape.
Thanks for any informations.
