Just makes ya wanna run right out and getcher self a ZR1, duzzunit. :willy

Brian,

This is awesome - Very very well done...

Great idea to fit front brakes all way round - now it's even better that the ZR1's brakes.. haha. No - I mean that the GT's weight is more at the rear compared to the ZR1 with the front mounted engine, well thought of sir..:thumbsup

I must admit that I'm also in the camp that really would like to keep the optional BBS wheel, and I seem to remember someone was working on a 19/20" CNC machined version of the BBS wheel. Anyone knows about this??

Another idea - would the ZR1 rear rotor fit the front hub and perhaps inside the GT's 18" front wheel with the calliper that fraction further in??

But on the other hand, the wheel you have chosen really suits the car. Could you share specs and pricing??

Hey Buddy,, You need to check in more often .. :biggrin Here is a post on the wheels. http://www.fordgtforum.com/forums/s...ght-Wheel-Offer&highlight=Light+weight+wheels

You can PM me n purchasing specifics.

Heffner is putting the ZR1 brakes on my car on all 4 corners!! Hopefully they stop at the mile :cheers

No pblm. They don't have Toyota stamped on 'em anyplace.

(Aren't ZR1 brakes the same as those on an Enzo?)

Stormcat - I didn't know you had a girlfriend! Heidi wants to know if you're bringing her to the Rally?

Ed

Special Ed - she won't fit on the trailer with the car, so no he's not.

Helenor will be showing up at Rally 5 with some interesting changes. My girl friend said she didn't like Red Calipers " they should be "Blue" to match my accent hub caps" And she didn't like those shinny discs behind the Black wheels. She was looking at this Ferrari and said, " Hey they have black discs . Can you change yours.?" I said I could but it is very expensive.. She replied sarcastically " The GT is an Expensive Car"
End of story.. :secret:

Curious, did you point out her faults or things you don't like about her. Seems fair.

The brake looks great and its the perfect combination to the blue light in the engine bay and on your sides
Great job Brian and "always" listening to your girlfriend :thumbsup:thumbsup
regards
Pierre
