Those nicks in Simon's car are from Molly's spiked heels.

If you clean up the oozing goo, does it eventually stop oozing out?

Or do you have to disassemble the foam from the rubber and remove it completely to make it stop?

Peel all the foam out
I pressure washed the goo out and used some goo be gone
Cut 3 layers of foam to fit and use spray contact adhesive to hold them together and into rubber mat
This is the foam I used. One sheet did both.

2LB Cross Linked Polyethylene Sheet

I just like the weight of the OEM foam so I was trying to see if anyone resolved this keeping the original foam.

Maybe clean out the periphery mating surfaces and seal with 5200?

I think what I used IS the factory weight minus the 5#'s of goo.
Look at one of my original foams. A chunk broke off and slid up under another chunk making it 4 layers thick. 5200 might keep it all in the mat but the pieces will still slide all over.
The stuff I listed has flame resistant, low odor and low compressive qualities
