Hello,
I drove this night for a period of 5 min 200mph and above.
My camera, which also produces videos was fixed on the glass
between the seats.The movie is not of good quality but nevertheless shows the needle at 345-347 in the inner scale.(The wind at the moment here is about 10 to 18 knots from the side)
The video has 36,9 MB and I don´t know who to show it here.
If someone wants to see it,I`ll send it to his personel e-mail.
Nevertheless I took a photo from my computerscreen
(which makes the picture even worse), though you have
an impression.
Next time SLF360 has to handle the camera :lol

And I know for a fact that the GT speedo at 138-140 MPH results in real speed of 130MPH. That's about a 6%+ delta.
Taking the conservative 6% delta on 216 MPH, you get...
203.5 MPH.
So the question is: is the speedo delta only a display shift, and is the fuel shutoff calibrated on the "real" speed?

Well, at least he is getting near 205mph. Thats good news.

One more angle- I wonder if the display-vs-true speed delta changes at a non-linear rate, that is, the faster you go, the greater the delta?

Wo bist Du denn meist anzutreffen !? Koeln, A4 Koeln West richtung Aachen ? So sah das da mit dem Bugatti aus..., koennte aber auch Klettenberg richting Frankfurt gewesen sein.. wenn ich mich recht erinnere, an meine Zeit da in der Gegend.. :lol

von der A565 bei Meckenheim, wir waren zwischen Bonn und köln unterwegs.
Diese Nacht habe ich es mir einfacher gemacht und bin die
A57 von Moers nach Goch gefahren - ziemlich gerade aber
schlechteR Asphalt da mit vielen Bergbauschäden.
Gibt es irgendwelche Angaben, wie lange die Reifen das aushalten, weil ich nur einen Testberichtvon Ford auf dem Nardoring gelesen habe und dort 13KM (ca. 2:20min) mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit unterwegs.
"Das Auto bei einer Geschwindigkeit von ueber 320 km/h zu fahren, brachte ein bemerkenswert positives Resultat, kommentierte Dynamikinspektor und Testfahrer McGowan. Normalerweise fahre ich immer die A3 von Köln nach Wiesbaden, da sie schöne Kurven hat und auf und ab geht.

I like how the computer translation interprets "ps" into "HP"-

When 1 of 19 ends his post with a "post script", he uses the common English "ps" abbreviation. When translating into English, the program assumes he is using the "ps" abbreviation for "Pferdestärke", roughly equivalent to "horsepower" in Germany, and renders his "ps" abbreviation as HP. I just thought it was kinda funny.

And what is meant by "the red map", is that something bad, like getting marked in red on a map? Zweifellos nicht!

"Rote carte" = "red card", not "red map".
And "red card" refers to soccer, where in case of a very blatant foul, the referee can pull out the red card and eject a player from the game.

Well I have a problem with that. 2 weeks ago I was at Willow Springs with EnzoBTR and his crew. They had a radar. At the end of the straight before turn 1 I looked at my speedo and hit 138 mph (a hairline below the 140 tick mark).
The radar was positioned almost straight behind me and clocked me at 130 mph.

Either the radar is undercalculating or the speedo is optimistic.
