Continental Tire's proving grounds in Texas. The oval is 8 miles long and banked at 2 degrees.

Bridgestone has this track in Fort Stockton TX, about 300 miles away.

In 2000, a 35 year old Car and Driver writer died at this track while doing top speed testing on a street car.
