I know exactly how you feel. I got rid of mine a while back, and it was by far the best car I have ever had. You will miss it, like I miss mine. Hopefully you will have another one in the future. Stick around, like I have. I still manage to stick my nose in here and there. :biggrin

well Sam we never did get to meet but all the best to you.....I know your feeling about the East coast roads though....especially Jersey! I am seriously considering moving out west for that very reason......I was just out there and came back to sleet and snow...not the most car friendly area...good luck and happy holidays...:cheers

We are all blessed to have had the opportunity to own a GT. You will always be part of that small bonded group.

She's wintering in S.W. Florida now. And yes, she came from Shelby of Elite Motors in the mid-west...good guy to deal with.

It's almost like I feel your pain....... Reading all the responses has given me an un-easy-ness in my stomach..... I respect your decision. It's not my place to ask why.... just my place to tell you.... to stay in touch with the forum.... say hi from time to time and tell the delegates of NJ to do something about the weather and roads in your part of town..... WHAT, Sam say it isn't so. Hey I understand thou. I choose to move, in two week I am moving to central Florida. I can't take the lousy Northeast weather. I hate looking at my car and not driving them. I am closing on my house this week. I can't wait to bring my GT down, and let her run loose.

This is a great set. I have been playing with it with my kids every day since I opened it. BTW the GT smokes the SLR.

I have never met Sam but he has been nothing but a great GT family member. I know our paths will cross some day and we will always be friends.

Chris, you will enjoy the track set. Great buy.

Hey Sam, its Jeff, from the Mustang Club. I'm the one with the blue/white "Mustang" GT (have to specifiy it. Not used to doing that on forums, lol:lol), down at the CVS @ LBI that Sunday. Sorry to hear you sold the car. I'm glad you enjoyed it while you had it. You know how much I LOVE THE FORD GT!!! Can't wait to see your ZR1 when it comes in? BTW, what color are you choosing?
