I actually went and looked at a solid black GT on Friday, it was the one on E-bay w/5k miles. It was a POS.. chipped up, dirty and the black paint had alot of bad spots on it... I wanted red to start with, so I decided to keep the red one.

Where was the one located that you went to look at that was bad? Just want to steer clear of it.

I did the clear bra too ( $800) I have a black GT. After getting this rocket I bet that corvette in the garage doesn't get much action. LOL

The ZR1 is faster, my ZR1 dynoed 548/527 bone stock. I have about 350 miles on it and as you know, I'm a big Vette guy and love it. I originally thought there wouldn't be too much difference between the ZR1 and ZO6, but the ZR1 is much more civilized.
