Cool stuff!
Thank you.

Wow - incredible amount of detail

Larry from Ammo is a friend. It's nice to see him working on the NFGT.

I am surprised to see the use of any type of power-washer on these or other cars.
Condensation in components could be an issue (tail lights, headlamps,) and I was told specifically with the 'clear-wrap' to never put a power sprayer near the car....the clear-wrap edges can be 'lifted".
sudsing is fine, sheeting is fine... but power washers are questionable.

My take away, 4 guys a full day to wash a car. Wow.

I'd rather spend that time driving it!

Thanks for posting!

Few takeaways:

Gotta love the tight spaces on Linda Isle (Newport) or Emerald Isle (Laguna) where the location is.

@12:23 tight alley/entrance is the reality if you want to be near water, for you non So-Cal guys. Forget huge driveways and 4 bays, unlcess ur in BH or BelAir.

-Would never wash in Cali sunshine; water evaporates and spots in seconds
-Couldn't tell if they did the-two-bucket method (2nd bucket, wring out towel, so always clean back in 1st bucket)
-Would never swing a leaf blower nozzle anywhere near my car
-Quality of wash liquid is major: Mothers, Meg, ChemGuy all have differrnt results
-Rolling carts tip over with cords/hose; too much risk
-Wheel mirofiber cloths must be disposable; cant see those usable after brake dust.
-Did not address glass; can make car really gleam.
-Drying without compressed air / blower is what most have; use a "drying towel"

My process is to have dedicated 1-2hrs; buckets, thick-pile microfibers, good soap, and "drying towel" (Griots, Autogeek, etc: Waffle weave, Cobra Guzzler, Water Mag).

For me 8-10am in Sat/Sun shade, once a quarter works.
