Wait? No more modified vids from GM portraying a cough stock cough gm product on a closed race circuit that .01% of the people who buy their products will never see let alone drive on it? So SAD
General Motors hasn't learned a damn thing from three decades of decline and their ultimate failure. Hiring "Brand Managers" in the 90's was an unqualified disaster. They snagged Ron Zarella from Bausch & Lomb and not only was he a fraud who claimed University degrees that he didn't have, he didn't know his own ass from a hole in the ground when it came to building quality, desirable cars. He gave us (Pontiac) a range of different sized Batmobiles, shifted the cost of running the factory's mediocre ads onto the dealers, forbid GM dealers from taking on other makes that would have helped keep them financially healthy, and then blamed the dealers for his failure until the day he was fired. In bankruptcy, GM shed potential solutions and held on to their problems. That company is a dead man walking.
