Actually parking in the yellow zone gives it away....

I see this all the time, an exotic or rolls parked completely illegally and flagrantly in a fire zone, hyrdant, or no-parking zone.

Usually with windows down, and valuables on seat, even keys in ignition

Its unwrritten code that its usually a mob, drug dealer, or known risk....no one will touch them.
