Lambda aims to sell up to six examples of the new $770,000 contender to customers for the coming season.

They are also going to supply spares for the Matech cars.

I keep hoping someone can pull off a 50th anniversary LeMans victory in a Ford GT based product. It's real obvious such a lofty goal will take lots of money and energy.

Based on Doran and also supporting the old Matech cars. Really cornering the market on new racing Ford GT's.

Are all of these race car GTs taken from an original GT and then modified , if so that would mean less and less original unmodified GTs out there

I still wonder how the stock low mileage GT numbers are doing in relation to GTs that have been subject to race car mods , salvage , heavily modified , some damage , high mileage

No - the Matech racing GT's had only 2 parts in common with our cars - the taillights and a brace either in the door panel or the in the rocker panel. All other parts were manufactured specifically for the race car.
