How To Remove Defroster Vent ???

I am trying to remove my plastic defroster vents on the top front of the dash. I have tried to simply pull them out, but they don't pull out easily. Does anyone know how to get them out? Pics of a removed vent showing a retainer or ??? holding it in would be great.

Has anybody done this on their FGT? I'm asking because I have a section on my leather dash that is separating and my leather guy wants to remove the vent to get access to it. I'm hesitant about removing it because I'm concerned it will break and Ford doesn't sell these pieces separately. I...

Thanks Toni. You were freaky fast with finding that. I searched "defrost" and it did not pull up your thread. It did pull up other threads with the word "defroster", but not this one. Searching "defroster", I now see pulls up this one. My vents are fine, I have my windshield out and want to check the leather underneath them, since others have had glue separation issues in this area. Now that I have seen pics, can anyone let me know how to remove them without breaking them?
