Folks,
It's time to get together again for a cup of coffee, and start looking at about 500 cars (maybe more). We'll be gathering at Vintage Park (249 and Louetta) this Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. If you're there a bit early, we understand, we're anxious to see what shows up as well.
We'll have signs, volunteers with badges on hand, and three HPD officers on duty to help with traffic control. Last month we had no inappropriate incidents and we will not tolerate any this month either. Again, there will be in no way, shape or form any display of reckless driving. Just one foolish driver can eliminate our get-together.
We appreciate everyone doing their best last month to get trash into the trash bins. Anything we can do to leave the lot as we found it is a huge message to both the center management and to all who visit, that we care about making this a very nice, very respectable gathering.
We've received q uite a few emails recently about other venues around the greater Houston area referring to themselves as "Coffee & Cars". We are not affiliated with these gatherings, although we wish them the best.
For those of you who have not been able to make our previous gatherings, there are a number of tenants of Vintage Park who have graciously opened up early to make us welcome.
These include:

Coco's Crepes & Coffee - open at 6:30 am!
It's a Treat - opens 8 (or maybe earlier)
Mia Bella - open at 10 for brunch
Salata - open at 10 - salad bar
Starbucks - open at 6
Strata Restaurant & Bar - open at 8
Trio Prime Steakhouse & Bar - open at 7:30
