As you may have heard, a tsunami struck Hawaii yesterday at 11:20 AM with only fourteen hours advance notice. Hilo was especially hard-hit. The water in the bay became muddy with the 3-foot surge rushing in and out (many, many gallons) several times.
And this destruction came on top of all of the other weather conditions we have to cope with! The high for the day was only 80 degrees and it got down to 65 at night! I know you other Forum Members feel sorry for the local inhabitants and want to help with the recovery effort so please keep those Hawaii Tsunami Relief contributions coming in. :wink
