This is a classic example of the efficiencies that can be implemented regarding land usage when the general population is accountable for it's own safety as opposed to relying on the Worker's Union to create a "safe work environment" ! :frownI would bet that they have ZERO safety gripes in this produce market. I have witnessed a lot of these scenarios in Viet Nam and Thailand and it's funny....after you see it once or twice it begins to look "normal":eek
