Awesome! Now we'll all get to pay more for our insurance because some tool thought it was better to pay attention to his cell phone instead of the road never mind the fact he was driving a million dollar car. I feel no different about this than the ladies I see every day driving in four lanes of rush hour traffic putting their makeup on. Braindead!
We will all make mistakes our entire life. I dont think its right for anyone to judge other than the people that have first hand knowledge or were directly involved in the accident. Even though this is a million+ claim, it barely puts a dent in the total amount paid to insurance customers on a daily basis. I am sure Andy regrets the entire incident as I would if I were in his shoes. I can assure you he is paying for his mistake as from what I understand the insurance company has not yet paid for the Swamp Bugatti, nor is it gonna be an easy claim. Lets not add to the already countless pages of negative activity this incident has generated on the internet.
If we wanna call someone names that uses their cell phone while driving, lets get ready to call 95% of the people we know and love those same names as most of us are guilty of it. We just were not the unfortunate ones that were involved in an accident in a million dollar car. I will be the first to say I am guilty of using the phone while driving. Not saying its the RIGHT thing to do, just being honest here....
