This one just left on a long drive and sorry for the tape on the back glass. Long story but it is driving across the country. We think this is the first Gen 2 Whipple on an early X1. With about 6 weeks of planning and 10 days with the car we have made all of the modifications necessary for this installation on the early X1's. Sorry don't have a lot of pics as the car just left. Now back to finishing Rick's car so he can finally get it home with his other two "kids"

Rich, great job as usual. What tape are you talking about?

And yes, my "2 Kids" would love to finally meet their Daddy!

All the best....

The next bump up will be the Heffner GTX-1TT. Who will be the first?

TT

The tape I was referring to is at the clamshell to W panel seal in the pic. That was the quick fix to temporarily hold the rear glass in place.

Oh yeah and stay tuned for the X1 TT. The wheels are in motion and the project will soon be underway.
