Can the pumps be changed thru access under interior console or must tank be dropped? Looks like a PIA! Anyone know? Manual only references "fuel tank removal" which does show fuel pump access under interior console but nothing clear as far as pump change. Need to change secondary pump...(FPDM checked, relays changed, fuses good). Thanks.

Yes, you can change through the top with the center console removed. It is NOT an easy job, but possible. Been there, done that.

The local dealership hit rock bottom along time ago. That's why I'm pulling the car a part myself! Standing under the car, looking at tank w belly pan removed, makes me think the center console must be worth a shot!
