fuel leak

2006 gt, pulled out of garage to cruise my gt, drove about 2 miles, smelled raw fuel, stop to look under engine cover, saw fuel dripping from the evaporative emission canister purge valve located on the rh rail by the power steering res. any info could help, fuel tank is 3/4 full. signed scoopy.

Your fuel filter is just forward of that location on the firewall/bulkhead of the passenger compartment. Check the connections at the fuel filter? Any possibility of rodents that may have chewed a fuel line?

I had to replace a leaking fuel rail.

Check the fuel rail to hose fitting. If that is the source a hose clamp should take care of it.

Fuel rail issue with mine early on as well. It was a small hairline crack ...
