Ford GT Hit of the Italian Corral

This was too funny. I attended a car show last weekend in Monterey/Carmel California that features Ferrari and other Italian made cars. I drove up to the entry gate to the corral and the young men at the gate asked me if I wanted to come in the corral. I said yes. I pulled in front and center of the corral. I exited the car opened the butterfly doors and the engine hood cover. Within a few seconds everyone left the Ferrari's and other Italian cars and surrounded the GT. Everyone had their camera's out and snapping away. The GT was the hit of the Italian car show. :banana:cheers:rofl

Perhaps a version in FRENCH to "celebrate" the LeMans victory would be equally sweet... my plate reads "LE MANS 8".

Pbly the closest thing in Spanish that'd fit on a license PLATE by dropping one letter is: "Que coche" ( keyboard duzzunt have the proper punctuation...but ya can't use that on a 'plate anyway!).

Reminds me of the show here in New Hope PA last weekend. In the foreign exotic class alot of beautiful Ferraris, Astons, Lambos, Masers of all years and vintages. One Ford GT (Mark IV red by the way). Guess who one first place in the Foreign exotic class? Yup..thats correct the one and only FGT!!!!!:thumbsup :banana

Also reminds me when I took my Shelby Cobra to a Corvette show. Guess who won Mayors Choice. Yup....The Cobra. The vette guys were a little miffed. It was delicious!!!!!:thumbsup:banana
